Reach for the Stars is a recreation/respite program designed for "special children" diagnosed with pdd, autism and aspergers disease.

Volunteers undergo approximately 4 training sessions at the begining of each season, to learn and better understand how to work with these children.  Each boy or girl works with the same child - every other Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Join SBH Reach For The Stars and experience a fun filled day of recreation, music, physical therapy, art, yoga, and exciting trips.  Volunteers help the children with learning, socialization, and activities of daily living, while at the same time giving them lots of individual attention and love.
