When couples approach SBH, our team assesses the needs of each individual case to create a tailor-made plan. Through a combination of in-house and referred services, we aim to empower, educate and support couples through the entirety of their journey.

Peer to Peer Mentoring
Clients dealing with fertility-related issues are paired with a dedicated volunteer peer with a similar past experience. Our peers receive in-depth training created by Lee Glaser, LCSW and Simone Hidary, PsyD to provide emotional support and friendship to empower struggling couples.

Resource Referrals
SBH connects Fertility Division clients with numerous specialized organizations and relevant external resources to help them through their journey. Our extensive database includes physicians, mental health professionals, holistic wellness therapists and financial resources.

Education & Awareness
We offer timely and relevant programming which addresses stigmas head-on while providing educational and inspirational messaging for our community. Additionally, our newsletter shares informative content from medical and mental health professionals, community members, resources and more.

Support Groups
Those struggling with fertility-related issues benefit from therapeutic services including individual and group therapy sessions. Our mental health professionals receive specialized training from Gefen Fertility Center in Jerusalem, focusing on proven therapeutic modalities.

Fertility Yoga
Community yoga instructors receive training from Gefen Fertility Center in Jerusalem to offer 1- on- 1 and group yoga sessions for those undergoing fertility treatments or who have experienced a miscarriage. We aim to help clients relax both in body and mind to promote a positive sense of wellbeing.
